• Starters Cultures: MICROCAMPA is a complete range of microorganisms selected from great quality Spanish meat products, that direct the fermentation and ripeness of the cured sausages. The serie MICROCAMPA FLORA includes mildew and yeast selection that provide a uniform superficial cover appreciated by the consumer.

PACKAGING

• Bags made of three food grade plastic layers impermeable to light and air. Available for 2 and 5 kg.

• Bags made of kraft paper plus one inside food grade plastic layer to pack from 10 to 25 kg.

• Bottles made of food grade plastic from 1 to 5 liters
