La Campana has a large staff, which features a strong presence of graduates and media as well as technical specialists, divided between the factory, laboratory, offices and in the fifteen delegations both in Spain and other EU countries, Mexico, Costa Rica, among others. Currently working with almost all Spanish meat industry.

At the headquarters of the industrial area of Pla de Rascanya Lliria are located the areas of production, administration, warehouse, dispatch, laboratories and pilot plant research.

It also has a large fleet of vehicles and warehouses and offices in major Spanish cities, with all national and international delegations connected by an integrated computer system.
